Sometimes my game works sometimes it doesn't

I've been trying to log in all day and i got to once, it keeps saying disconnected from the game like is it just me or is it anyone else? i don't understand.
How can i fix this?

there is high amount of players on weekends... maybe is that?

This should be under support. However, try a VPN, and simulate a French IP address, sometimes that helps.
