Any laptop manufactured in the last five years would probably run it fine.

I run it mostly fine on a Thinkpad x201 (I have to turn ingame sound off or it causes FPS stutter for some reason), before that I ran it on a Dell D630, in wine no less, at a constant ~15-20 fps, not optimal but definitely playable. Don't forget that this is an 11 year old game, its recommended specs when it came out were like 256mb RAM and a Pentium 4 or higher.

15-20 fps outside questing or in a capital? That's too few imo
FWIW, WoW runs completely fine (max quality + lotsa addons) on a DualCore 2.4GHz, 4Gb RAM and ATI Radeon HD 5850 1Go*. I get 60 fps (capped) most of the time, 30-40 in Orgrimmar
*that's a 5+ years old build

I'm used to playing with hardware limitations, I played retail years ago on an ancient HP laptop getting around 15 fps, and satellite internet which gave me constant 700ms+ latency.
It's quite old game though, if your computer is new enough to have enough room to install it it will probably run acceptably.
