Cod mailing abuse or issue

Hey I just tried to buy 20x on Cod on nost for 190 gold.
When I got the Mail I opened it and accepted the price but I only got 1 devilsaur.
I am not sure if I got scammed or the other guy forgot to put in the other pieces but what can I do now beside writing a ticket ?

You can open a ticket just to make sure if he intended to scam you that he gets banned. But there is no going back as far as the gold goes. It's gone.
