PAYO BANNED ?!?!?!
Posted: Tue Dec 08, 2015 5:17 amOk so as a fellow steamer and friend of Payo im saddned by the news that the channel is suspended.
I dont know where that leaves the Nostalrius streaming community , it seems as if every time we go one step forward (Blizz) pulls us 2 steps back.
As a big time supporter of Nostalrius as a private server I feel I have the responsibility to share my joy and struggles not only with friends , guildies and Nost players but outside ppl as well. It has been my great pleasure to stream here and I enjoyed every bit of it , but how does one continue when a ban is lurking around the corner?
I dont know whether ppl will ever be given freedom here or be left alone , but I am making a promise that for the time I am playing on the server I will try to represent it in the best possible light through other forms of social media which are not bannable - Youtube , Fb , Twitter etc. and I still dont know if ppl understand the implications of Payo's ban.
They took out our top guy , our BEST STREAMER , and probably anyone new that comes up will have their 5 secs of fame until they feel the ban hammer as well.
Im not making this post to make anyone regret streaming on Nost or ever trying , Im doing it so ppl know we gotta stay strong as a COMMUNITY and that we are all in this together.
So please ppl show support to payo or any other streamer to keep marketing this server cause I bet 99% of ppl that played vanilla on retail wanna try this server, but they just cant cause it hasnt reached them .
All in all , I hope u get unbanned Payo and hope it hasnt affected u deeply. Take care
