Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

So yeah I was wondering if having delay while playing on Nostalrius was something that everyone was experiencing, since there's almost always 6k + players online, even though I have a 70-80 ms in-game.

*e- I was also wondering why view distance was reduced to the lowest value even though in my options, it's maxed out. I see mobs/NPC's/players pop like 5 meters in front of me, I get aggro'd by a mob and I only see it when it attacks me. Is it server wise?

Anyone of you is having the same issue? Would a queue get rid of this?
