@DrkAeris, let's be honest, if it dropped for you on a character without epic riding, you'd still roll need on it. Be happy that it dropped again since one hasn't been seen since April 2015. http://realmplayers.com/ItemUsageInfo.a ... item=13335

It's nice that it dropped, but no, if I didn't have the riding skill at the time of the drop I wouldn't have rolled need on it. That isn't, in my eyes, fair to those who have the epic riding skill needed right then on the drop of the item. Perhaps that's just me, though, being courteous.

Epic riding skill is useless without an epic mount and vice versa, who dictates what to get first? One could even argue he needs it more.
