actually no, what i wanna know is...if there is a site where i can upload my html files online, just like any other site but without the host name at the end like ragstal.freedomain.org etc.

i want to upload the name i can choose (an existing one ofc) like fastpizzaonline.de or something like that, temporary ofc just to check and see how the process looks like and work it a lil bit.

well theres plenty of website building sites that allow you to launch websites under their domain for free until you decide to pay for your own domain name, there should be many you can upload your own Html onto and play around with it just check on google.

i think this is what your asking, apologies if not.

Also as posted above w3schools is a brilliant site on there they have tools for practicing HTML and seeing what the outcome would be.

get yourself XAMPP (https://www.apachefriends.org/)
that´'s a webserver for your local computer and easy to install/use

you can also put it online with forwarding port 80 to your computer
so everyone can check out your page. there are plenty guides

if you actually just use .htm/.html files your don't even need that
just open it in your favourite browser :D
