You should disqualify anyone running a for-profit operation before this point, disqualify anyone who wasn't already running a free-to-play private server, aaaaaand disqualify anyone Nostalrius hasn't endorsed.

That leaves NO project at this point that people should be joining if they want a Nostalrius experience.
