Players from guild's PLA and P L A have been abusing this quest for ages.

These are the players that have been camping the quest and constantly stealing everyone else's idol that chieftain spawns after swarm of mobs, I don't know whether or not they are farming some sort of glitch, but they are abusing the living hell out of people who just want to finish the quest.
