I think this sounds crazy, but let's make our new World of Warcraft!
I don't want anyone to stop playing WoW or to stop playing WoW Nostalrius when it will be launched again - and I believe it will be, I want to find poeple in game industry, especially MMO-Fantasy genre to join my team and be a part of something what we can make in the future! Read more, if you are interested!
Everybody hates current WoW due to lack of content. PvP sux and PvE can be done in one month. The rest of the year you need to wait for new expansion which is hyped for many months but in the final, yes, fail again. In case you want to play a different MMO it is Korean (which is not so popular in NA/EU) or it is MMO which is trying to be different than WoW - but we do not want to have a different MMO. We want something like old WoW!
Let me introduce myself. My name is Martin (Arthaqs) and I love fantasy games and stories. I know what it takes to create a game (game design, level design, screenplay, programing, graphics, concept arts, etc...) and I am looking for all of you who are interested in the same thing!
We will work in our free time for no money! But we can learn together everything. We can create our world, program our critical rating or chance to miss, we can together paint in photoshop a dragon or some new race. We can write our own screenplay, our own story!
Everything what we will do together will be open-source for all of us, but if we succed and create something which will be really great for presentation, we can get some funds to really work on this thing on a full-time for money which can pay our bills!
