Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Kronos is actually great, the influx of nost players had been met with open arms(mostly), the server is stable, bar a few restarts(which is expected with a couple thousand new players all turning up at once). and they've introduced the new anti-VPN, so the chinese invasion is literally minimal, think I've seen like 1 person selling gold so far, and the server is filling out v nicely..... jump on board the KRONOStalrius train, its happy days.

i never play vanilla before so i don't know how good nostalrius is. but when i play @ kronos. i understand why people like nostalrius very much. lots of bug i never seen in nostalrius happen in kronos.

now i really miss nostalrius..

Kronos is actually average non blizzlike shit with item shop, donations and account/gold trading. Kronos is actually shit with completly broken pathfinding, broken pets and broken mobs stucked in textures. Kronos i actually shit with DC's and 5min+ rollbacks and community who hates Nostalrius players. Don't lose your time playing there, just wait for any new project with fresh start that will be able to replace Nostalrius in terms of quality and overall level of experience.

And in the two years it'll take to do this, play on Kronos for all I care .

Thousands of new players crammed into the starting zones, with blizzlike spawn rates and drop rates. Takes forever to finish collecting quests, terrible community. No thanks.

All this negativity... Normally I just like to read the forums, but decided to reply this time.

Joined Kronos last night, joined a Nost guild, and have been having a great time, with lots of laughs n giggles.. Maybe there are some bugs here and there (have yet to encounter them), but with it being the only real alternative at this point, Ill take them for granted.. Like a poster before me said; it might be a long time before we see/if we see a Nost 2.0 server pop up with a capable team..

You guys go sit in a corner being grumpy, while the rest of us have a good time together on Kronos.. /shrug..

Really? There were some quests on nost where item pickup spawns were 5+ minutes long that respawn in like seconds on kronos. Mob respawns haven't seemed too bad either. I've just completed NE starting zones easier than I did on nost tbh and so far encountered no bugged quests.

I also haven't noticed any pathfinding problems and am yet to encounter any mob stuck inside a tree.

So far it's been fine.

Playing on Kronos at the moment. Cant say its bad. The only real difference from Nost is its not lagging and also its not that much overpopulated. Also, pets act stupidly, but thats minor.
