Is discussing other private servers not allowed still?

With Nostal being shutdown I see a lot of people doing it, but my thread was locked. Just wondering

Because the server you were advertising is using Nostalrius name to pimp themselves. Most of us have called them out on this.

looks like there is a vanilla re post in off topic with all the other private server posts. They probably just don't want duplicate posts and spamming.

What's wrong with that though? I think everyone wants Nostalrius to continue, its not like it was ever for profit or anything.
