Vanilla.re questions

Hello,
Today i was testing the beta server and when i checked the IP addresses I was surprised...
The two IP addresses for playing are 185.60.115.21:80 (auth server) and 149.202.143.230:8085 (playing server).
A whois 185.60.115.21 returns :
And a whois on 149.202.143.230 return :
Blizzard and OVH servers??? What I'm I missing??
Please can someone explain me this very very odds returns?
