It's not IMPOSSIBLE to tank as a Paladin, they're just, numbers-wise, not as good as Warriors. And they have no Taunt. And their single target threat pales in comparison to a Warrior's. They're good add tanks (consecrate is love, consecrate is life), but terrible main tanks.

Likewise, it's not IMPOSSIBLE to heal on a druid, they're just not as good as a Priest. And they have no standard rez. And no AoE healing outside of a 10-minute cooldown.

Well you have things that priests don't have and vice versa.

I did some basic math and compare the two spells main spells of each class, one having a 0.5 second longer cast and 90 more mana, but as a result also heals for more:

On avg. Nature's Touch heals for 2472.5; on avg. Greater Healing heals for 2080.5.
Nature's Touch is 3.1 mana per 1 heal; Greater Healing is 2.9 mana per 1 heal.
Nature's Touch heals for 412.5 per 0.5 second cast; Greater Healing heals for 416.1 per 0.5 second cast.
As you can see if you compare the base of a non-crit heal of the two spells you'll see that priest is slightly ahead, but not by very much.

If you compare Rejuv to Renew you'll find that Rejuv is the winner, which is to be expected.

You mentioned that priest has an aoe heal and druid does not (outside of a long CD), this is true, however, you have to take into account that the priest aoe heal is very expensive in terms of mana usage; therefore, it cannot be used too often, especially when it comes to longer fights.

Druid also has two instant abilities for burst heal, something which priest lacks. On top of that they have a mana regen ability that is extremely useful in longer fights for one of their team mates.

When it comes to the talents for the two they are both very similar in terms of what they get, the most noticeable difference is that priest has to take from two trees, whilst druid for the most part only takes from one, which makes sense considering that druid only has 1 healing tree.

I think you might be a bit biased (perhaps you're tired of your current class) and as a result you imagine priest as this perfect healer that just blows every other class out of the water, but that's not true. I would say that priest is the best healer, but only by a very small margin. Other healers will always be needed because they fill different roles and have different abilities that'll come in handy.
