20-60 Elite Hunting

Anyone know a functional database that can list/search functionally for all non instance, non 60 elites in azeroth? Particularly at this point, mid 20s elites for grinding. All I've had luck finding is those around 20, or 30. Please share/advise!

If you know sql, you can use mangos zero database and directly query database (at least that's how I do it). In general elite groups are only outside instance entrances.
