Anyone know if zeppelins and boats will be broken on mac version like every other private server?

I am in a processes of making a clean install of wow on my snow leopard machine and patch it up to 1.12.1
I will also try this version. will keep you posted.

Just tested my version on another server, it did fell trough...i might load crossover when i need to travel worlds. I rather level a mage on a second account to portal myself than boot into S**tdows to play.

If your Mac's up to it, might be worth it to set up a Windows XP VM or something.

Oh yeah im loaded. I have Parallels running SLS (haven't tested the bug there yet) and Win 7, also crossover and can reboot into Win7, but playing in OSX is my preference. Will load crossover just to travel from point A to B and switch back to OSX client.

Maybe it's easier for those who want to use a windows client to travel with zeppelins/boats :
I'm currently playing with the windows client using Wine 1.7.8..
I guess it's quicker than rebooting or using Parallels if you just want to travel across the sea, it just opens wow like any other mac application.

Hey vekt, can you let me know the process in which you go through in order to run wow through Wine please on a mac? Are you using the osx client or the windows one ? And if so, how do you go about installing and running?
(i guess maybe i need to do some wine research! ;p)
