i am having an issue where the game launches then pops me back out to my windows desktop. i click on the wow icon on taskbar, i hear wow music but it continues to kick me out to my windows desktop.

i don't know why but when i start to download the laucnher it doesn't work,my browser running in circles, help me please.

Hello,

I'm trying to get this to work on my Powerbook G4 running 10.5 ( the machine I had when wow came out )

I downloaded the OS X files and unzipped them on my PC then moved them over to my Mac ( was just faster that way ) I am able to launch the Wow, it plays the intro movie and I can login with my existing login information. It then suggests the Nostalrius Begins server, and I select it. After that it goes to the character screen, but freezes on connected for about 20 seconds ( doesn't load my existing character ) then quits back to desktop.

I deleted the WTF and WDB Folder.
I tried to manually apply both the patches, but it said i was already on 1.12

Has anyone else tried this on a Power PC machine? Thanks for any help in advance!

Hi, so when I try to open the WoW-1.12.1-Setup.exe file with The Unarchiver, it says the contents of the file can't be extracted with this program. Anyone have any tips to help?

so I was trying to download the actual client through the WoW-1.12.1-Setup.exe file, but when I open it with The Unarchiver or UnRarX, they both give me error messages saying it doesn't work with that application. Anyone know what to do?

I've done all of this and i trying to enter in, but i accidentally chose the wrong server, i knew i did, but what i didnt realize was that i couldnt change, so over the past 3 hours, ive been looking in multiple places. I've only found what you said, and when i clicked there to let it automatically change the realmlist, it had a black bar that did not stop popping in and out, disabling from me doing anything, and the only way to stop it was to Shut Down my computer. Ive made my account, and downloaded it, i just need to find out how to get the right server.
