I finished downloading the installer from Megadrive last night, and now I can't find the zip file anywhere in my downloads. I think my drive might have been too full, despite having enough space. But when I try to download the installer from megadrive to my external, it doesn't let me choose it. It only downloads to downloads, is there a way I can download it from megadrive to my external? Why can't I see it in downloads, it says 100% on the megadrive site.

I downloaded the game and I accidentally selected the wrong realm now it won't let me login. I tried to do what the post said if you did accidentally select the wrong realm and download the realm fix and Chrome is telling me the download is malware and won't let me download it. Is it actually malware or am I good to go?

Nevermind I fixed the realm problem but now I am in the game on the realm trying to create a new character and it is not letting me. I type in my name and it says "Character creation failed" and i've tried multiple different names that couldn't possibly be taken. Please help

Are you running Wow in administrator mode? If not, try it.

Or reinstall the client to C:\Wow or something like that.

Tryed to download the client from the mega link. Keep getting a WinRar error saying some archives are broken. Downloaded it again and same error occurs.

Updated my WinRar to 5.21 didn't help...

Pixie, when my girlfriend downloaded it from mega, it saved to the desktop with no prompting, so check there. Or just run a search on your computer.

Anyone else having issues with the mega download, try the pbay link i provided a page or two back.

I'm using the enUS client provided by rottingzombie but I'm in the EU myself. Could this be causing my latency issues? Because I keep hitting between 100-800ms atleast more often then not 300-400ms.

I'm already forced to use it because I could not unpack the client from the megaupload.

I was having the same problem getting the "character creation failed" message. The problem was the default server is the "player test realm." Change your sever to "Nostralius begins" and you should be able to roll a character!
