Everytime i try change the realmlist, it says access denied? Any suggestions?

Downloaded 1.12 client and changed the realm list, getting error 121 "version mismatch".

Anyone knows how to fix this?

You have the wrong version. Possibly 1.12.0 or 1.12.2. The exact version you need is 1.12.1. If you are 100% certain that you have an 1.12.1 client, then someone has modified it significantly enough that the server does not accept it.

Hey guys. i Was wondering, is it possible to get WoW up to 1.12.1 when i install from the old original WoW CDs?
Im asking this since i am on a reaaaaaally shitty internet connection and every single Gig to download woud take me days.

Google for the patches if they still exist somewhere. My understanding is that you need all of them, unfortunately, and cannot just patch 1.0.1 to 1.12.1. It might be more efficient to actually download the client.

Hiya,
Having trouble installing the game. When I extract the zip it's telling me the first " disc" file is corrupt and as such doesnt extract it so I cant access it when setting up the installer

thats the message im getting from winzip.
Have tried deleting and re-downloading twice now.
Any suggestions?

Try WinRar. There should be an option where you can ignore crc failures. I don't know where exactly but i had once similiar problems with other files.
The files can still be corrupt, but not necessarily.

I have downloaded the US version from the piratebay link, removed the described folders (WDB, WTF, Interface, Errors, Logs) and changed realmlist.wtf to:
realmlist login.nostalrius.org
Realmname "Nostalrius Begins"

When I try to log in I get an instant "Disconnected from server" message.
What went wrong? Help

nevermind! I solved it. The problem was the realmlist.wtf file. its supposed to be:

realmlist login.nostalrius.org

--------
That empty row underneath needs to be there.
