Please try a free VPN service and see if that solves your problem. There was another player from Canada, who, a month ago or so, was unable to connect and the issue was his ISP. He solved it by using a VPN.

When i try to start the game it's going to stay at the load screen and it will load for about 5 min then the game will crash. Can i do something about it?

hi i tried to connect, but it says that my account is disabled or remove from the game, after this problem the game wasn't connecting to the server, i tried a vpn like it says above but it didn't worked

every time i try to download the zip file from the first link, it is stuck at "starting". i may just be impatient but if not any idea how to fix this? fixed the first problem but now once the download reaches 100% nothing is installed onto my pc

Use another browser. Firefox worked just fine for me.

... When my downloading reached 99% it stopped, and I assumed I had to create a MEGA-user to proceed. What then happened, was that since I went to register, my entire downloading disappeared... What do I do?

I tried to create an account but I can't get past the captcha cause there is no hint what to write in the field below the images you have to select.
Can anyone help me getting past this?

I did all the steps but it will NOT let me make an account for some reason it says the limit has been reached and IDK their user names or passwords please help is there a way to reset so I can create an account?
