Anyone else unable to log on? I followed the guide and used my old feenix game client and all the steps associated with that process (changed the .wtf, replaced the .exe file with the link provided). I know we can't play but it sounds like we're able to create our characters?

Ive downloaded everything but when i go to open wow.exe i get a version mismatch and it says hardware has wrong number of columns

You can't create characters before logging into a server. There is no server till launch day.

Does the game within the torrentfile attached by the OP work for us with Macintosh? Unfortunately the torrents for Mac on TPB are poorly seeded. But I guess that's what I get for using a Mac .

Do you mean this torrent? I had very great download speed, it took me like 2:10h for ~5GB, last week. However since I have downloaded it now, I will try upload it to Google drive today. Expect an update in the evening. HOWEVER: I have not confirmed that it is running or actually not virus infested, since I have problem setting up my virtual machine ;(

/Edit: There is a Mac client that might work here.

I am not sure why you think account creation is already opened. I don't think so, but maybe I haven't seen it. Can you please link to that information?

You might want to answer these questions so somebody might actually help you:
What have you downloaded, what have you done, what operating system do you use? Also, provide screenshots.

No. Account creation is possible on the main website. Character creation is impossible before the server actually launches.

Do you have WinRar/7Zip/... or another unzip/decompress program? Please check step 2 instructions carefully and download an unzip program if required.

I downloaded the game from the first link in the sticky just the other day and I can launch it. But now sticky post is edited saying that link doesn't work, does it means I have to delete my current wow and download it from 2nd link?
