Supervillian UI?

I've already seen some screenshots of ppl who are using the supervillian UI. I myself love this UI and using it on the retail version of WOW. So i've looked around to get a working version of it and found a fanproject for a downgrade to 1.12. The modder has released an unfinished version of it, abandoned the mod and i can't get it to work properly.
Anyone mind to share his working supervillian ui addon?
