Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Greetings,

I'm thinking about making the jump over to Nostalrius. The front page is a bit barren on details so I'm hoping someone can answer some questions since I've been getting 'unable to connect' for the last fifteen minutes, otherwise I'd just ask in game.

Are the rates x1? (assuming)

How deep in the current progression/raid releases?

Is the PvP system fully released?

My realmlist is set to 'set realmlist login.nostalrius.org' but I'm getting Unable to Connect. Is the realm down at the moment or should I troubleshoot other potential issues?

Hi there Sebula and welcome to Nostalrius!

To answer some of your questions: Yes, the server is x1 in everything. Exp, gold, loot and so on. There is also no in-game gifts for donating etc., so no pay-2-win.

I am not sure how the current progression is, but i have seen guilds do Onyxia and a bit Molten Core - maybe jump over to the guild section to check it out.

Yes, the PVP system is working! Queue times can be a bit long sometimes, but it all depends on the times/regions that play.
