A few questions

I'd like to start playing on this server and I have a few question for which I can't find answers.

1. Is is possible to check how many players are online at particular time ?
2. Is there any statistic showing how many aliance/horde players play here ?
3. Is the administration going to create armory ?

1) yes /who in-game give the total number

2) there is a census thread on the forums, use search, but its around 50/50.

3) http://realmplayers.com is some sort of armory, works pretty well.

One more question: is it forbidden to use addons which were not available at vanilla ratail ? I mean, addons modified by players, like the one similar to quest helper.
