Most efficient way of leveling

I am about to begin my Nostalrius adventure, and I would like to level up as fast and efficiently as possible. Are 5 mans quicker, or are solo quest grinding more efficient. Any help at all would be appreciated. By the way, I will be leveling a priest, so I can shadow quest and heal 5 mans. I played a warrior in retail vanilla, and it was hell leveling up.

It uses Joana's and whatever the Alliance equivalent guide is to point you around what quests to do and which to skip for an efficient leveling process.

Sorry, probably sound like a super noob, but how do I add the add ons so they work in game? From what I remember you go through the interface folder, but there is no add on folder inside the interface folder. There is nothing inside the interface folder. And also the wow one website is not working for me, anyone else having this problem?

FuriousPaul / Mancow / Joana did an Alliance version of his 4 days 20 hours speedrun? Nice. I'm gonna take a look at this, since most starter zones are filled with people here. I'll have to see what's the most efficient way in the end for Nostalrius, probably to just find a peaceful zone and farm mobs solo lol

Actually its Joana for the Horde guide, but its someone else's for the Alliance side.
