Are tanks/healers having problems finding groups/guilds?

Hi, just made my account and I'm ready to lvl a char, just don't know which one yet
Just wanted to know if tanks/healers are in demand or if theres too many of them around?

Lower level tanks and heals are usually in demand from what I've seen Alliance side. (level 30 and below) OFC being able to properly tank or heal is big too.

Tanking and Healing themselves is not hard at lower levels. it's the zerg mentality that makes it hard. Spells are going off before the tank has even hit the mobs, people can't wait the 5 seconds. **** hits the fan, healer ooms, tank dies, dps are like WTF healer, l2p tank noob...this causes many people to not like it,
Personally I love it, it keeps you on your toes and makes you better at tanking/healing.
