Problem with MAC client

Hi everybody, i have a problem with the mac osx client.
I have downloaded the file from your site and when i unzip it , it say thay was a fatal error, first time i open wow it say that are many problem so i decide to delete and download again and the error still here.

Try another Mac 1.12.1 Client and change the realmlist

Has there been a solution found for this?!? I am trying to get this to work but cant seem to figure it out. Please help
