Display target health and mana bar

Hi, I just started playing on this server and I wondered how I could display the health and mana bar on my target unit when hovering my mouse over the bars or simply show hp/mp all the time ? Usually it's in the interface configuration but I guess it wasn't implemented in Vanilla.

You can download the MobInfo2 addon, this will calculate the mob's health.
