Race change?

I started playing a few days ago.
Made a priest and picked nelf.
I'm lvl 22 and got two racial skills so i looked up some info and apparently dwarf has way better priest racials because of fear ward.
Which I didn't know before starting
Is there a way to switch without having to start over? Spent around 28h to reach lvl 22 and starting from scratch would feel disheartening
Or are nelf priests not as bad? Found a website that lists ranks and most priests were dwarf then human and very few nelf.

I would go with human all the time if I would roll aliance... For PVP of course...

Why would you go human for pvp when dwarf is better all day everyday?
FEAR WARD, STONEFORM and oh-uh BEARDS.


Tasha just stay elf, it's really not that harmful, you get to avoid campers(I personally never been camped or ganked beside Mr. Paultrouble that finds my ass everytime I get to felwood in my pve gear to farm some yuck' satyrs) and starfall is kinda fun.
You can still be a killer as healer and shadow

Night elf racial is quite nice. To be able to shadowmelt .... Specially in pvp in AB , just hide far from the flag and go stealth.

Dwarf have more useful racial , yes , but night elf are in my top 3 race.
