Game stutters.

When I'm running around into new areas the game stutters for a fraction of a second, then resumes at 60fps with vsync or 130-ish without. It also stutters every time I craft something. When the item appears in my bag the game stutters. Also when I target stuff, but it seems to be less of a stutter than the other times. I've reinstalled windows 10, 8.1 and 7, no change. Latest drivers, temperatures at 50 degrees. I have tried turning all the addons off, downloaded a fresh install of WoW, tried the optimization settings I found here:

My specs are
FX-8350
HD-7850
8GB RAM

Any suggestions?

I can see how that would become tedious. It has never happened to me, however, and I'm not sure what the problem could be.

Seems to be the SATA controller or at least something mobo related. Switched it out and now it works (Y)
