Disconnected from server - changed realmlist

trying to help a friend with nostalrius I have managed to just ruin it for myself. I usually play on OSX, but this I logged on my windows and changed the realmlist to login2 instead of the normal login just to see if it would work (it did not for him). After that I werent able to log in on OSX, and neither on login on my windows. Had use login2. How can this be fixed?
