Choosing a realm

Hey all,

This is my first foray into the private server arena and I have a few questions about Nostalrius. Probably playing a dwarf priest like I did back in the day. I'm not sure whether to roll on the PvP or PvE server. I don't mind a little lag or ganking, but I am concerned about starting behind on that server as compared to the PvE one. That said, it seems like PvP is much more active.

Any comments or advice are welcome

PvP:

- giant population (non-blizzlike), this can be a positive or negative aspect, depending on your view
- potentially easier to find instance groups
- more world pvp
- getting ganked
- herbs/mines etc. heavily overfarmed because of too many players
- Raid content: MC+BWL+Ony released

PvE:

- blizzlike population
- potentially harder to find instance groups (although i have never had problems myself while leveling on horde)
- "safe" leveling without ganking
- obviously less (world) pvp than on the pvp server
- Raid content: MC+Ony released, so easier to get into

If you do decide to roll on the PvE server, please roll horde, as there are more alliance atm.

You're not behind by much. ZG was just released last week, and BWL was pretty recent as well.
