No realm to select

Hey everyone ! this is my first time playing on a private server and i'm having trouble joining the server.

I did an account etc download the game (mac version) the realist.wtf was already setup so everything was good, then i start the game it works, i accept the term and condition then i have to login so the first try it said "disconnected from the server" and the second one it log in but i have nothing no realm (like show in the picture).
Any idea why ?

i have search for about an hour in the forum for a solution but i didn't found anything....

just check the "United States" box and click on suggest a realm, then do not accept the suggested realm (!) as it is most likely a dev realm but click on "View Realmlist" then proceed to either the PvE or the PvP server
