Just starting out

Just starting out on this server, and I feel like it could be some fun. One of the only servers that piques my interest at all. That being said, I'm just trying to get some advice or suggestions on what I should play. While I know it is mainly up to whatever I want, but I'd still like input into me making this decision, especially since rerolling down the line is going to be a bit bigger of a process than it is on retail currently. I don't particularly care whether I'm Horde or Alliance, and I'll be doing a decent mix of PvE and PvP, probably mostly PvP because I'm in love with the title system here. <3
I've played pretty much since WoW came out and had a lot of experience in Vanilla, primarily playing a warrior. While they seem like they'd be a bit fun to play, I see that a lot of people feel the same way and there might be an overpopulation of this.
I've mainly been pondering a priest, either healing or DPS and a hunter, but am up for any class that anyone feels is fun or not. I've already started playing a hunter, primarily because it's probably the easiest class to level in the game at the moment. Doesn't mean I'm set on it yet, I just wanted to see how the server was. Feels like Vanilla. <3
