how to change language of the client?

i remember it was some where in the folders, would like to change it to chinese for my girlfriend, any one can help me?

I think you'll have to download another client with a different language pack in it...
I don't know of any possibility to change language within the client, sadly :/.

Greetings,
in vanilla wow, the language the client uses is built in to the client itself. You need a separate Chinese client for your girlfriend to play. Remember that account sharing is not allowed, so create a new account for her.
