Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

So I'm considering coming back for the first time since august. i managed to hit 40 on my lock but i have been hearing about issues with Chinese spammers flooding the server on some forums i was reading and some lag issues. Are these true and should i come back now or is it a bad time?

Just lvl. I had no problems with chinese players. Just dont group with them for dungeons cuz u will get lost. Most of the m dunno english well
