Latency problem.

I live in sweden, i got a solid 100/100 fiber connection and never any latency problems in other games.
When i play on this server my patency bas say 30-50ms latency.
But when i for example hande items in my inventory it feels like i have maybe 500-1000 latency.
The same goes for fighting from time to time, usually its smooth but sommetimes it feels very laggy and slow, thou my latency bar till say 30-50ms.
Does anyone know what the problem is?

Its all good though if you just accept this and realize how awesome Nostalrius is, I mean 10000! Players online! Most of the time it works fine though.
