Hi i just have one quick question before starting on Nostalrius, I still play on the retail version WoW and I was just wondering what are the chances of being banned on retail WoW for playing on Nostalrius?

None, as long long as you don't start advertising private servers on Blizzard forums and on Blizzard's servers.
