Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I am new to this server and Im going for the PvE content, how is the population on the server looking refering to alliance/horde. As I have always played horde in my earlier days of wow I would like to give alliance a fair shot!

Also, is there a working questhelper addon? As its my first time going ally-side.
