Just wondering what are the better helm and leg enchants, 8 str or 1% atk speed.

Just wondering what are the better helm and leg enchants, 8 str or 1% atk speed.

According to the spreadsheet I use, 1% haste is (slightly) better. The difference is really not noticable at all. However, 1% haste is easier and cheaper to get, and more haste means more rage generation.

In that case, for gloves, which is better? +7 agi or +1% haste?

1% hit and 1% haste should have roughly the same values. Atm the difference between the enchants is negiligible, 1% haste will scale with gear though.

1% haste is better than 7agi. (Even for alliance that have BoK). 15agi enchant from AQ is the best though.
