Best tanking gear pre-raid

i just hit lvl 60 with my warrior and want to collect tanking gear.

I would apperciate it a lot when you can help me out, where to go to get the best items for tanking (quests /dungeon).

Here is a pretty good list of pre-raid for Nostalrius (all classes and roles). It is mostly correct.
