Deep wounds rank 2 bug?

I tried posting this on the bug tracker and failed...

It seems that Rank 2 deep wounds is not working, With the same weapon that i still have rank 1 ticked for 10's rank, rank 2 5's and now that i just dinged and got rank 3 it ticks for 16's

I think this is a know issue? I seem to recall having seen it reported in bug-tracker but I'm not sure. Either way it's still worth using since your ultimate goal is to get impale.
