Hakkar neck over Onyxia neck and Sacrificial gauntlet as an (inferor) option to Edgemasters.

WF totem, flurry, HoJ, dodges, and the ability itself does around 40-60 damage. Windfury is the main factor that makes hamstring more rage efficient than herioc strike. The pvp gloves are pretty good if you dont have the rage income to spam it ontop of BT/WW. R12 gloves > flameguard for this reason.

Would you use it as DW as well, or only as 2H?

Yes ofcourse. Hamstring takes priority over heroic strike, even with 1.30 dagger mainhand I'd consider spamming hamstring over HS.
