The first one is obviously better for pve, but is it for PvP too? ATM I have 4% chance to miss, so which one better for PvP?

Go 1 hit, 1 crit. Missing anything sucks cause you lose your rage and you're already rage starved hard in pvp. If it's an MS or a clutch pummel that you miss, it's basically game over and you screw your entire group over too.

Which gear slot ate you talking here? Bracer?, Just get Trueflight bracers from domo chest, drop all the time.

They are mail, give stam hit, and agil that is close to 1 crit. If you pvp then put on 9stam, pve, str.

Always want to be hit capped first. But try to replace Battleborn as soon as you can since they have no stam.
