SuperMacro, need help making macro.

Hello, I would like some help creating a macro that will do the following:

If in Combat Stance, cast Sunder Armor
If in Defensive Stance, cast Heroic Strike

Put Sunder in the combat action bar
Put HS in matching slot in the Def bar..

Take a look at the stickied thread at the top on Marcos. The universal interrupt is similar to what you want.

However I'll caution you that sometimes you'll want to HS while in Defensive stance.
