Ok fair enough, nef was a bad example. Chrom/vael come to mind though, but basically it's usable on any boss in general. You can still def cap regardless, without gimping yourself by going the anticipation route. In the current content it might not matter, but there's no way you're gonna pass up imp shield wall for progression even if it means being slightly below def cap.
idk why i always see soo many rage reductions talents in mt threat spec builds. youll be rage capped 90% of the time on bosses. theres no need for imp sunder or HS. those 2 points in hs should be in tact mastery.

Yea this is what I did in my latest build. Im 4/5 tactical mastery and love it so far.
