It also doesn't stack with cloudkeeper's, I suppose two item buffs never stack in any case.

I was already leaning for the R12 leg piece being better than cloudkeeper's. If this is the case, I think my choice is confirmed.

Cloudkeeper's are on something like a 15min CD anyway, so it's only worthwhile to pull them out every few bosses.

If they dont stack though, you have to choose between the +75 str/9hp5 for 1 min, or +100 AP for 3 secs.
At 1 str : 2 AP, it means the flask's buff is 150 AP for 2x the duration, on top of adding side benefits like the hp5, or potentially 3.75 extra BV if for some reason you had to swap to shield midfight if a tank dies.
And furthermore the, cd of the flask is 6 mins (5 mins downtime), compare to the legplate use of 15 mins, (14.5 minutes downtime).

Cloudkeeper's aren't so bad compared to flask if you consider that you're essentially wasting a whole trinket slot worth of stats for the 1min buff. Anyway there are going to be some bosses where your flask will be on cooldown and with the 15min cd it's not like you're going to the pants that often in the first place.

For some reason some trainers didn't give me the quest also. Took quite some flying all over the world till I figured out a different trainer did give the quest! Badlands OG Badlands UC - win. Something like that.

So if you can't pick up the new quest try talking to one of the other warrior trainers next to him.
