Yeah I got Ironfoe a few weeks ago, so far i made a macro that i can scroll to use heroic strike+hamstring at same time when im waiting for cooldowns. However it still can produce more rage than I can use You think its worth to just stay in battlestance to not waste its rage?

The only time id consider sitting in battle would be on shazz, or firemaw with high stacks, magmadar while standing in fire etc. One these fights, you might reach a point eventually where even burning a full rage bar for overpowers won't have much effect on your HS frequency, so your mileage may vary.
