I have all mats except from Vial of Phlogiston.

Its dropped by Roogug on RFK, but i can't find the mob, and i did the dungeon twice. When i go where he is supposed to be, hes just not there, and is not a rare mob as far as i know.

Can anyone give me a tip?

At the first fork in the road when you enter RFK you go left and follow that path to its end. Rogugg is at the end of that path. This will add about 10-15mins to your RFK run.

I know man, i did this twice and he wasn't there.

Nevermind, abandoning and re-taking fixed this for me.
