Recommended professions for PvP, with a side serving of tank

So I intend to predominantly PvP at lv60, but also perhaps do some light amounts of PvE tanking when necessary. I am currently evenly split between engineering and blacksmithing, the former yielding numberous, helpful active use items and the latter a reliable (If time consuming) source of gear (Ideal for a warrior, which is very gear dependent) and even plenty of resistance gear if I recall, which is very helpful in most of the raids and dungeons.

An alternate possibility is to perhaps take mining and herbalism on an alt, perhaps my dwarf priest, and have both engi and BS on my warrior, thoughts on this?

Get engineering if you want to pvp. BS items can be bought from another BS.

Alch herb, and fishing. I am this, and have a bank full of free action pots, hp pots, shadow protec, dream potions. Helps with both pvp and pve. Oh and that 6 sec physical damage immune.
